When one hires a car, you get to pay for your own fuel and if you agree on a certain mileage, you may have to pay extra if you exceed. You need to pay for insurance and sometime you may have to pay for value added tax which in Kenya is 16%.
Before getting the car, you will have to leave copies of your crucial documents and a down payment, be an adult of 23 years and above with more than one year driving experience.
