Kenya Camping

 

Organise your own camping trip. There are lots of opportunities to camp in Kenya. Camping in the National Parks is very cheap but have limited facilities. Campsite reservations can be made with the Kenya Wildlife Service, Langata Road, PO Box 40241, Nairobi (02 501081). There are a few private campsites and some hotels will allow you to camp in their grounds.

Kenya Wildlife Service Bandas
KWS operates a number of bandas in their national parks and reserves they manage. They are cheap basic places to stay. Bookings are made direct with the Kenya Wildlife Service on 020 607024. The numbers in the bracket are the number that can sleep in each banda.
