Make your visit to the Masai Mara or Taita Hills perfect by taking a one hour hot air balloon as you fly above it, taking in the scenic view of the whole area, including the wild animals, the Mara River and all that is within the Mara. You will find it worth your life's savings as there is no experience such as this. You will start off with a wake up call from your safari tent or safari lodge and by about 5 o'clock in the morning, a game Land Rover will take you to the launching site. Your pilot orients you as you watch your balloon getting inflated.
As the sun starts to rise, you rise with it to the skies allowing the wind to take you. Your pilot controls the balloon's attitude, lowering it when you need to take a closer view of say, an elephant, some other times, you will be at the level of the tree tops or you may find yourself a thousand feet and above in order to get a good view of the vast landscape of the Mara or the Taita Hills. An hour later, your balloon lands and you get to mark the safe landing with great wine and an English breakfast in the Kenyan bush. After this, you get your ballooning certificate and show off your pictures!
